Classification

Class	Description
Athletic/Scholastic Groups	In-District Coach Camps, PAL, BHYSC $10 per participant fee. Must provide event roster
BH Township	Recreation, BHPD, BH Library, Town Council, etc. No Rental Charge - Custodial charge as appropriate
Business Office Conference Room	Superintendent's Office & Business Office staff only
Community Organizations	Art in the Park, Girls on the Run, etc. Rental Fee A - Custodial charge as appropriate
District Groups	District Staff
Non-Profit Groups	Rental Fee A - Custodial charge as appropriate. Must submit Form 501(c)(3) (i.e. Alter Cocker, Camp Invention, Chinese School, Condo Assoc., Relay for Life, YMCA)
Profit Making Groups	Rental Fee B - Custodial charge as appropriate
School Sponsored Programs	PTO, Booster Club, BHEF No Rental Charge - Custodial charge as appropriate
Scouts	No Rental Charge - Custodial charge as appropriate
